Leg Workout 1

1.     Barbell Squats – 5 sets of 8 (Squats are tricky, make sure you’re using proper form!)

2.     RDLS – 4 sets of 8-10 (The best leg exercise out there! Don’t let anyone tell ya differently haha)

3.     Leg Curls (You can do these seated or laying or using a dumbbell, again depending on what your gym has) – 4 sets of 10-12

4.     Leg Extensions – 4 sets of 12-15

5.     Walking Lunges (They suck, but they’re worth it!) 4 sets of 12 each leg
